Renowned bassist, composer, and producer G-INA is thrilled to announce the release of her latest single “OUR MATTERHORN” in collaboration with legendary drummer Sly Dunbar.

“OUR MATTERHORN” is a testament to G-INA’s musical versatility and cultural exploration. With her bass style incorporating slaps and blues chords, she creates a sonic landscape that bridges continents and celebrates diverse musical traditions. Sly Dunbar’s dynamic drumming adds depth and a fresh perspective to the track, infusing influences from the Jamaican tribe Junkunnu.

One of the defining features of “OUR MATTERHORN” is G-INA’s versatile, expressive vocals presented in the original Swiss mountain dialect known as “Wallissertitsch.” This linguistic homage adds a layer of authenticity and cultural depth to the music, reflecting G-INA’s deep connection to her Swiss mountain roots.
